Include the relevant page link and a short description. Never send a password, sign-in link, full card number, or bank credentials.
Billing and deletion
Manage or cancel your subscription in Settings through the billing portal. If you cannot access it, contact us. For account deletion or data access, write from your account email when possible. We may verify your identity. Deleting content does not recall copies already held by other people.
Report content or appeal a decision
Use Report on a public menu, profile, or post, or email us its link, the concern, and supporting context. For an appeal, include the case identifier if available, explain why the decision should change, and provide any relevant rights or safety information. An authorized reviewer will assess the request; restoration is not automatic. This inbox is not an emergency service.
Copyright concerns
Identify the work you own or are authorized to represent, the exact MenuDrop URL at issue, your contact information, and the basis for your claim. Do not submit a claim you know is false. Our support contact is not represented as a registered DMCA designated agent. We may request additional information to evaluate a claim or appeal.
Sponsorship and shopping disclosures
Creators must clearly disclose paid, affiliate, gifted-product, or other material relationships near the relevant recommendation. A Creator badge is a membership label, not an endorsement or safety verification. Any enabled affiliate arrangement must be disclosed at the relevant link or handoff. No creator earnings, commission, or payout is promised without a separate approved program and agreement.
