About these terms

MenuDrop is operated by Viralize Technology Inc.. These terms cover your use of MenuDrop. Contact contact@viralizetechnology.com with questions. When you explicitly accept these terms, we record the version and acceptance time.

Use an account you control, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and provide accurate information. Do not impersonate others, bypass access controls, abuse invitations, distribute malware, or use the service for unlawful activity. MenuDrop is not directed to children under 13.

Your content and sharing

You retain your rights in the content you submit. You give MenuDrop permission to store, process, display, and distribute that content as needed to provide the features you choose, including household sharing, public publishing, and menu copying. This permission is not an assignment of ownership or a separate license to sell your content for AI training.

Publish only content you created or have permission to share. Imported recipes remain subject to their original owners’ rights; importing does not give you permission to republish text or photographs. Follow our Recipe and sharing guidelines and keep source credits intact.

Public menus, posts, and profiles can be viewed and shared by others. Making content private or deleting it does not recall screenshots, external caches, or copies already saved by other households. Household members can access shared household content; guest voting links should only be sent to intended recipients.

Subscriptions and third-party services

Creator membership is US$4.99 per month or US$39.99 per year, with any applicable taxes and the final amount shown at checkout. Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the selected billing period until canceled. Manage or cancel a web subscription through Settings and the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access normally continues through the paid period.

For a billing error, refund request, or cancellation problem, contact contact@viralizetechnology.com. We review requests individually; these terms do not limit refund, cancellation, or other rights required by applicable law. Promotional access does not by itself start a paid subscription.

A grocery handoff opens a third-party shopping service; it is not an order or a guarantee of price, inventory, delivery, or product suitability. Review the retailer’s cart and terms before buying. Linked services, payment providers, and source websites have their own terms and privacy notices.

A Creator membership or badge does not promise earnings. Revenue shares, affiliate payments, content licensing, and payouts require a separate approved program and agreement; no such payment obligation is created by these terms.

Safety and moderation

Review recipe imports, ingredients, servings, and instructions before shopping or cooking. MenuDrop does not verify allergens, nutrition, medical suitability, or food safety. Check product labels and use appropriate food-handling practices.

We may restrict public access to content or profiles that violate these terms or our guidelines, or where needed to address safety, rights, abuse, or legal concerns. Reports are reviewed by authorized operators. Contact contact@viralizetechnology.com to report a concern or appeal a restriction, including the relevant link or case identifier. Do not include passwords or payment credentials.

Availability, changes, and your rights

We work to keep MenuDrop available and accurate, but uninterrupted operation, error-free imports, and third-party availability are not guaranteed. Keep a separate copy of content important to you. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You can stop using MenuDrop and request account deletion through contact@viralizetechnology.com. Cancel any paid subscription as well; contact us if you cannot access billing. We may update the service and publish revised terms with a new version date. Material changes to accepted terms will be presented for renewed acceptance.
